Bathroom Renovation in Eden Prairie, MN

This master bathroom remodel in Eden Prairie transformed a dated, inefficient space into a bright, modern retreat designed for both function and long-term durability. The homeowners wanted a clean, timeless look with improved layout, upgraded finishes, and a spa-like shower experience. The new walk-in shower became a focal point of the remodel, featuring classic white subway tile installed in a clean, linear pattern, a custom tiled niche for storage, and a hexagon mosaic tile floor for added texture and slip resistance. A glass shower enclosure with a simulated black steel frame adds contrast and a modern architectural element while maintaining an open, airy feel. We installed matte black plumbing fixtures throughout the shower, including a multi-function shower system, to complement the glass enclosure and provide a cohesive design. Careful attention was given to waterproofing, tile layout, and detailing to ensure long-term performance. The vanity area was redesigned with custom wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and modern black fixtures. Updated lighting, mirrors, and electrical placement improved both usability and aesthetics, while the neutral color palette keeps the space feeling light, warm, and timeless. This Eden Prairie master bathroom remodel blends thoughtful design with quality craftsmanship, resulting in a space that is both highly functional and visually refined—built to serve the homeowners well for years to come

finished Basement in prior lake

This basement finishing project in The Wilds of Prior Lake transformed an unfinished lower level into a warm, inviting living space designed for everyday use and entertaining. The homeowners wanted a cohesive extension of the main floor with improved lighting, comfortable gathering areas, and custom details that felt intentional—not like an afterthought. The finished basement features an open-concept layout with a spacious family room centered around a modern built-in fireplace and media wall. A Kozy Heat Calloway 50 fireplace serves as the focal point, framed by custom built-in cabinetry and shelving that provide both visual balance and functional storage. Recessed lighting and tray ceiling details enhance the overall ambiance and add depth to the space. A custom wet bar was incorporated to support entertaining and everyday use. This included new drain and venting installation, along with custom cabinetry, durable quartz countertops, and integrated appliances. The wet bar was carefully planned to function like a true extension of the home rather than a surface-level addition. Throughout the basement, we focused on clean lines, thoughtful lighting placement, and durable materials suited for long-term use. Flooring, trim, and paint selections were chosen to keep the space feeling bright, comfortable, and cohesive with the rest of the home. This Prior Lake basement finish added valuable square footage and transformed an underutilized space into a highly functional living area tailored to the homeowners’ lifestyle.

Kitchen remodel in Shakopee

This kitchen remodel in Shakopee involved a full gut renovation and a complete reconfiguration of the main living area to create a more open, functional, and modern layout. The original kitchen and dining room were enclosed and disconnected from the living space, limiting natural light and flow. We removed walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living room to open the space and create a cohesive, open-concept layout designed for everyday living and entertaining. Structural changes were carefully planned to maintain proper support while dramatically improving sightlines and usability. The renovation included all new custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen, paired with quartz countertops for a clean, durable, and timeless finish. Cabinet layouts were redesigned to maximize storage and improve workflow, while updated hardware and finishes add a refined, modern look. All interior doors and trim in the remodeled areas were upgraded to enhance consistency and elevate the overall fit and finish of the home. We also updated and added lighting, including new recessed lighting and decorative fixtures, to improve brightness, task lighting, and ambiance throughout the space. This Shakopee kitchen and dining room remodel transformed a closed-off layout into a bright, open gathering space that better supports modern living while adding long-term value to the home.

Condo Renovation in Minneapolis

This project was especially meaningful, as it gave us the opportunity to work with an entire family across generations. After remodeling the home of this couple’s daughter and son-in-law several years ago, we were honored to be asked to update the parents’ two-level condo in Minneapolis. The remodel included a fully renovated kitchen and dining area, along with new custom doors, updated trim, refreshed flooring, and carefully selected furnishings throughout the home. The goal was to create a space that felt comfortable, functional, and timeless—while reflecting the quality and craftsmanship expected in a high-end condo renovation. The kitchen features custom stained birch cabinetry with classic Shaker-style doors and drawers, premium hardware, and integrated puck-style under-cabinet lighting. Rustic ceramic tile adds texture and warmth, while Cambria quartz countertops provide durability and elegance. All new stainless steel appliances complete the space, and an attached table at the end of the counter creates a welcoming spot for the grandchildren to enjoy meals and time together. Condo remodeling presents unique challenges, from building requirements to material approvals and logistical planning. Our experience with Minneapolis condo renovations allowed us to navigate these constraints efficiently while delivering a thoughtfully designed, beautifully executed result that enhances everyday living.
